Attorney Asher has over 40 years of legal experience, including practicing international, corporate, and financial law in both the public and private sectors. Attorney Asher has also served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of State.
Since 2016, Attorney Asher has dedicated himself to the pro bono representation of immigrants in need of special relief, such as asylum, special immigrant juveniles, and battered spouses.
Attorney Asher continues to fight relentlessly and successfully for the rights and the safety of refugees, children, and battered spouses. He holds a J.D. from Columbia University and an A.B. from Harvard University. Attorney Asher is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (D. Mass.).
