Jennifer C. Bade, Esq.

Attorney Jennifer Bade founded Bade Law Group with a simple goal: to bring clarity, security, and hope to immigrant families navigating one of the most complex areas of U.S. law. She has spent her career representing clients through some of the highest-stakes moments of their lives, from asylum seekers fighting to stay safe, to families fighting to stay together.

Jennifer is known for taking on cases other attorneys turn away. Her practice includes complex removal defense, asylum claims, bond hearings, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal courts. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, where she has conducted oral arguments on behalf of her clients.

Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A., and earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston, with an Immigration Law Certification. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Before going to law school, Jennifer worked as a licensed associate in finance — experience she still draws on today to help clients of every economic background find a path to quality legal representation that fits their situation.
